Everything we do is for you.

Our mission

To help people achieve wellness and find community —through art! We launched in 2021, with positive affirmation cards and journals, but soon expanded into a creative wellness movement. Sometimes we have a studio space. Other times, we create the space.

Our vision and why it must come true

When life gets tough, every person should have a healthy space, healing practices or wellness tools to turn to. Our innate wisdom and learnings should be used to uplift, ourselves and those around us. To speak frankly, Black suicide rates have increased and nearly 1 in 5 adults nationally is currently being treated or has been treated for depression. We won’t just sit by and not do anything about this.

The work we do

Positive affirmation cards. Art workshops. Pole dancing, movement, and other fitness-based classes. Community theatre. K-12 programs, both during school and after. Plus, a slew of other projects we found helpful in making people shine: local talent shows; food, toy, book, and clothing drives; small business market pop-ups, open mic nights, entrepreneurship workshops, holistic classes and more…
